Banarasi Katan silk Ektara Jangla handloom saree

SKU: J/BNRS-EK-S20
₹50,500.00
Luxurious shot colour red (in warp) and pink (in weft), pure mulberry Katan silk Banarasi Ektara Jangla heirloom saree. Keeping the pallu and borders classy and simple gold zari in Kadhuwa Nakshi, with piping motifs, the saree highlights the exquisite floral Kadhuwa Nakshi Alfi booti, woven diagonally across the saree. Each motif on the body is woven in the Meenakari technique, which involves adding coloured threads, to enhance the details. Ektara is an age-old, complex technique woven in a traditional pit loom. The saree requires two master craftsmen, working magic with their hands, to create this masterpiece in 45-50 days. Katan silk is fine Mulberry silk, used in warp and weft. Blouse included.
